This time around I was struck by just how much is going on in Episode 9, 'Why We Fight.' I've always thought it was the best episode in a series that doesn't really have any bad parts, but it's impressive to me how it blends the personal struggles and doubts of some of the soldiers (especially Captain Nixon, the main focus of the episode) with Easy Company's journey into Germany and their discovery of the concentration camp at Landsberg. So I re-watch Band of Brothers every couple of years, and each time I pick up on different things.
